Wanted to give a shout out to Sarge’s groomer, Jaiden E. You really rocked it! His ears and coat are so clean and brushed out. I hope your boss finds this and gives you $$!

Brought my dog to get a simple grooming and now has skin infection and smells worse than ever. Dog has never had a skin problem in his entire life until this grooming appointment. Add in the $250 vet bill and medicine, never again. I also pay extra for nail trim and even remind them when I go and they never trim them. They are just gross. Stay clear. Eww

Scheduled my dog (River) for a grooming appointment at 3pm. At 2:17 I received a phone call stating River could not be scheduled in the afternoon, she could only be scheduled in the morning due to previous appointment notes. Apparently she was very nervous at last appointment during washing and drying. I was never notified of her anxiety during the appointment. As far as I knew, she did great during grooming appointments. I was also never notified she could only be scheduled in the morning. We will be looking for a groomer who can communicate a little better.

Well, they are OK when and if they have availability even for just a quick nail trim on a small dog every time I’ve been to the Mayfair location and the other one in town there is no availability not very convenient at all

I’ve never had any issues with this store until today.. I went there and they were selling bones shaped like a witches broom. I bought a pack, gave one to my dog, and I hear him choking and acting weird. I walk over and stick my hand down his throat and pull out one of the “bristle” parts of the broom. It had torn off and was too long and thin for him to chew. I wasn’t blaming the store or anything, but I called them just to give them a heads up that they shouldn’t be selling those and that they aren’t safe. The manager could have cared less. She gave me very generic responses and completely blew me off. If I wouldn’t have been here and saw what was happening, it could have been way worse for my dog. So, if you see those bones, I don’t recommend buying them.
