They did n I t have my full order had to refund my card, but other than that they r having 50% off on christmas dog toys

Petsmart grooming has really gone down hill! It's put the groomers on quotas and not customer service is horrible! The new manager in the grooming salon just informed me not to bring my pet in early because it won't be accepted until the groomer that's doing him isctherecto check him in! SHE WAS REALLY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFRIENDLY! I informed her I will start looking elsewhere fir a new dog grooming place!!! Place is very dirty, dog poop everywhere in front of store. Im gonna call corporate tomorrow!!!

This place is so severely understaffed every single time I step foot in there. I come for literally seven large crickets. That is it. Why am I in the store for 28 minutes? No, there isn’t a long line. There is just two employees and they’re moving like some turtles, I swear. It is one girl there every single time I go that just ruins my mood whenever I see her because I know I’m about to take 30 minutes to do nothing. Every time I come here my day is ruined. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way than ever come here again.

I went in later in the evening. Probably about 30 minutes before they closed. It was easy to shop because it was very clean and organized. I did have to ask the person at the register for help at the fish tanks, but someone came out right away and was very attentive. They got me the exact fish that I was requesting.

They left the door to the kittens unlocked, and there was a little gray sweetheart that just begged to be petted. She now lives with us, and is pampered with lots of pets and treats. They said the unlocked door was an accident. Don't believe them. It's a trap! 🤣🤣🤣
