PetSmart

Wii shop here regularly for food for our snake, are leopard gecko, are four cats and our dog. They always do have a big selection of things in the store especially fish it is sometimes low on crickets or mealworms for the gecko. I do love they have animals up for adoption from local places in there. The animals up for adoption always look like they're so well taken care of. The staff is always friendly and never had a problem with staff only complaint that I do have is mealworms and crickets are low so I would call and check before driving and trying to pick them up

Every time I try to go buy an a fish or a hamster they want to ask 1000 questions and not just sale me what I want to buy. I’m talking about the curly headed girl and the color haired girl. Don’t bother reaching out to me cause your location is a joke . No one is ever up front and your company employees are always hiding behind the shelve playing on their phones. Don’t get me started on store pick ups because they neglect those as well . Try to tell me I can’t have a goldfish(s) but yall have like 30 fish in a tank the size of a shoe box be forreal, & I counted 5 dead ones

I'm not really happy with PetSmart right now. Their website showed they have the clipper blades I need in stock, but after a couple of trips to the store and even ordering them online, they didn't have them and didn't even offer to get them, just saying they refunded my money. That doesn't really help me finish trimming this dog that's half done. Next time I'll plan ahead and order the blades on Amazon, they are way cheaper there anyway. Side note, PetSmart is also a huge and outspoken supporter of some social agendas that I do not agree with and that have zero to do with pets.

Love this store and the staff, but not sure we’ll be visiting the grooming salon again. I did really appreciate that they were short-staffed and still accommodated both of my dogs instead of cancelling the appointment. I also had a $20 coupon for grooming from previous purchases. That being said, I feel like I definitely got what I paid for. The haircuts are pretty uneven, and not shaved completely around their faces and tails the way I had asked. The dogs do not smell noticeably fresher either, which was surprising! Maybe I should’ve paid for some of the extras? I’m accounting this experience to staffing issues and the possibility of my dogs being a bit fidgety in a new salon, but overall feeling very disappointed.

4 stars is for parking and location. This shopping center is busy. With the amount of vehicles, walking with or carrying a pet is cautioned. Once inside, the store is clean and well stocked. The animals look well cared for.
