I had an appointment to get my cats nails trimmed with Hailey. Unfortunately when I got there I noticed his rabies vaccine was expired. I was able to go right to the vet services in the back of the store and get his rabies vaccine and they cut his nails. I could not believe how amazing both girls in the grooming area were. Then to be able to get right in with the vet was unbelievable! From the girl who checked us in to the bubbliest vet tech and an amazing Vet. I could go on and on with how impressed I was!! Definitely going back! Thank you so much for taking the best care of my Ollie!!

Me and my family took our beautiful toy poodle to go get a haircut with Hailey at pet smart in West wood. Our dog is a full bread toy poodle that weighs 1.8 pounds (lbs). We booked our appointment for 12:30 and they kept my dog for 3 whole hours. This in itself gave me a feeling that something’s wrong given the size of our dog. We asked for a number 4 with a rounded teddy bear face. However, upon arrival we were devastated and heartbroken at the botched and awful haircut that she gave our baby. This is the holiday season and our whole holiday was surrounded around our new puppy that we can’t even show now. I am beyond emotional and distraught. I have consistently received the absolute best quality customer service from this specific store. The employees truly go above and beyond for their customers and provide exceptional service and they do it with genuine smiles and kindness. I can’t say enough about this store and my experiences here. If you’re really lucky, you’ll get the absolute privilege of meeting Linda and being on the receiving end of her beautiful personality and desire to help. 1000000/10 would recommend ❤️

The store itself is fine. The store manager was apparently given a masterclass in gaslighting and pointlessly goading customers by insulting them and deliberately getting in their faces. Our dog just got out of the hospital with pneumonia and is on medication to prevent her from aspiating and choking to death. Easily digestible dog food sure seems like something Pet Smart could assist with? Unfortunately, the canned food we got required a prescription (it previously did not). While PetSmart is attempting to generate some extra revenue from its clinics (mildly perturbing), we still need easily digestible food for our dog. An alternative? Maybe?
