I’ve been taking my poodle to Rachel for over a year. She’s amazing! Always sweet, thorough, & professional. My poodle is very spoiled & started off very afraid to get groomed. She’s gotten much better & Rachel is always so patient. She keeps her looking adorable.

Employees at the Westminster PetSmart are always helpful. They have good prices on aquariums, and a good selection of cat and dog foods. Probably a better selection of reptile and invertebrate supplies than other pet stores in the area.

First time in this PetSmart location. I stopped in for fish food. The place was very clean and organized. I was able to find what I was looking for easily. They have a great selection on various products for different pets. There is an adoption center here as well where you can get cats. The customer service of the lady at the register was very courteous as well.

Went in looking for food for my spiders, ask some questions about it & checknout the snakes. The ball pythons are all WAY over priced. The "very rare" for $500 is an albino, not really a rare morph. The horrible attitude I got from the employee was so bad that I just said thank you & walked out. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Good luck getting the item that you ordered for pick up because apparently anybody can just pick it up and leave the store with it. Then you'll waste your time on the phone with someone in the store, who will be less than helpful.
