*** Permanently ruined my dog's fur *** Took my little sheltie/mix to Sue for grooming. Told her to take off just a quarter inch to half inch of hair (with scissors) to clean up our furball a bit. When I picked him up, he was SHAVED!! I was shocked. She stated that he had knots so she had to shave him! You DON'T make that decision without contacting the owner first for approval! Especially when the breed is a long-haired dog. Shelties have a very fine, smooth, luscious and silky topcoat. If you shave that off, it will never grow back and you are left with a rough dry undercoat!! Its been 6 months and my poor doggy's fur looks like he's homeless. No more nice silky beautiful hair. So if you want you dog shaved, then this salon will likely be fine for you. But I wouldn't trust t

I have been looking for a groomer for months. Su is caring and takes care of your fur babies. I was so surprised when I went to pick the girls up they looked awesome. We found a keeper. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Been there 2 times with 3 small dogs and they are really good. I really like them.They help me.

We found this groomer after PetsMart refused to groom our 12 year old Great Pyrenees because her hips hurt and she doesn’t like standing for long. This groomer took her in no questions asked after looking a bit unkept for a while from no grooming. She kept her for 2 hours and did an absolutely incredible job for a very affordable price. Highly recommend.
