PetSmart

I had to travel to this Westfield store to get a certain pet treat that my regular Chicopee store showed it had in stock BUT was no where to be found on the shelf (which is a common problem at the Chicopee store). Anyway, upon entering the store, I was met with an associate named Mia and she could not have been more helpful finding the treats for me as well as helping me with a 40 pound bag of bird seed because I had my small dog in my arms and couldn't manage everything at once. What great customer service. A refreshing change from what I receive at chicopee which is a store that's just too busy with not enough help. Westfield is also newer, larger and fully stocked which is more than I can say for chicopee also. Thanks Mia, I think I might make Westfield Petsmart my new "go to" store for

Took my 2 1/2 year old long haired cat to be groomed today October 7th Emma did the grooming. She greeted me and Louie with a big smile and asked how we were. She then took Louie in the back for a minute to see how he would behave. He behaved and I left him with Emma. My appointment was for 9:00 and I got a call from Emma a little after 10 that Louie was done and he did great. She told me if I wanted him cut shorter next time just to let her know. Brought Louie home and when he got out of his carrier I saw him for the first time after his grooming. OMG he looked so cute and he smelled so good 😊 couldn't be more happier with the experience. Employees are very nice and helpful! Grooming dept did great job trimming my dogs nails! We all left happy! 😃

Last month I went to this store to buy a gift for my aunt and it was the worst experience I've had in a PetSmart... A young blonde employee with long hair is a very unpleasant young woman made everything impossible for me, a manager who had a screen in his nose was called also very rude and unfriendly... All the very bad team you can't even take out a good employee... They made my shopping impossible, they treated me as if I didn't know what I was buying... For my part I don't go back to that horrible PetSmart... I prefer to travel to Enfield Ct they make you feel super comfortable and very friendly...

I came to pick up some feeder fish and there were 2 older ladies and they were mean for no reason. When I asked them to give me specific feeder fish, they say no with attitude. And then they just pick the smallest one not the one I asked for.
