Taken our cat here twice. She loves the folks there. They are very nice, friendly, and real people. Very professional and consistently adding to their new place. Last time I was there, they added an entire wall of treats, toys, and other pet-related things you may (or may not) know that you needed! Can highly recommend. They’re very gentle with our cat and were honest with us when they A) couldn’t accomplish something or B) if they recommended a different service.

Based on how the owner treats human parents of her fur clients, I would not bring my fur kids here. If a person treats people so disrespectfully then I would not trust them to treat my animals well. It doesn’t matter if they have been in business for a long time, if she talks bad about her clients and their owners look elsewhere for your grooming needs. Update: To respond to the owner. I never claimed to be a client. I base my review on your behavior towards people. I never mentioned how you have been rude to clients of the surrounding businesses. I did not mention how you have a camera set up to monitor your parking space, but will block off parking spaces that DO NOT go with your business. Nicoll and Michael are amazing. They do a wonderful job with my sweet Golden Retriever Lu who absolutely loses her mind going there she loves them so much. Professional, very reasonably priced and treat my sweet pup with love like she was their own. They are accommodating and the shop is extremely clean and tidy. Can not recommend them enough. I had a wonderful experience with Nicoll. My cat and I are both very anxious creatures. His vet recommended a lion cut and Nicoll was very gentle with him and kind. she was also kind to me and reassuring. My kitty looks very handsome with his new haircut.

I can’t understand, Everyone I have ever witnessed or met in For K-9 and Feline have been thrilled with the kind loving treatment they experienced. I would never trust my Fur Baby to anyone else. Nor would I recommend anyone else. Nicole and Michael are the nothing but- Good,Kind Gentle Caring .
