So unethical. These birds are social! The cockatiels are locked up alone. One had very heavy stressed breathing. I can’t imagine that being its life. How is this legal in 2025? Do better. They need to be socialized and well cared for. They are living things.

I always shop at PetSmart for my fur baby Cheetah, and they never disappoint. This is where I get all of her food — especially her favorite, Blue Buffalo — and they always have it in stock. As a pet parent, that consistency means everything. I never have to worry about running around town trying to find her food. The store is organized, clean, and easy to shop, and the staff is always helpful when I have questions. Cheetah is happy, healthy, and loving her meals — and that makes me happy too. I’ll definitely keep coming back! 🐾💙

I recently visited PetSmart Wesley Chapel for grooming and had a wonderful experience with Alexis. I originally booked with Garry based on his reviews, but upon arrival, I was informed he was unavailable due to a heavy schedule with large dogs that day. While I was disappointed not to receive a courtesy call regarding the change, Alexis handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness. Despite my initial apprehension as a new customer, Alexis’s friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. She did an incredible job—the haircut was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I’ve found my new go-to groomer! One minor note: I was surprised to learn this location charges for the coupon book, as I’ve received it for free at other stores. The fish area was extremely sad. Many of the tanks were filthy and had multiple dead fish or fish that were near death. I don’t understand how the allow such deplorable conditions.

I came to get my dog's nails trimmed. They got me in for an appointment on a short notice. The staff working in the grooming salon were very thorough and caring. I would recommend them unless you have a stubborn dog like mine who doesn't want anyone to touch his feet. He was in good hands here at this Petsmart.
