My babies first birthday and I spend over $100 for the works for her! What she got was a rushed and unprofessional cut didn’t even get perfumed spray before we left. Didn’t really smell like she was washed in anything at all she just smelled like dog is what we got! She was NOT MATTED all over her body she is a shichon and is brushed from daily to every two days she had a bath last week and was NOT matted maybe a little in her legs anf a little on one hip and that was IT! This was a lazy job my baby face was cut uneven and one sided this break my heart and my wallet my baby came back home i caught a flea crawling on her face SHE DID NOT GO IN WITH ANY FLEAS SHES AN INSIDE BABY AND THERE ARE NO OTHER DOGS AROUND HER. Her ears was cut uneven and rushed through. I just shaved her naked back

The very best service here at this location! Mac is who helped me back to back days in the aquarium section and at the register. He is VERY knowledgeable and even tested my water (just to make sure my tanks were good to go). He also let me pick out which specific goldfish i wanted and was super chill about it. I honestly just can't say enough good things about Mac and his topnotch, A1 customer service and awesome attitude. This kind of Amazing service means A LOT! Thanks Mac!

I do not live in GA. I’m actually visiting family. My baby was shedding like crazy & I decided to take a chance & take her to this Petsmart. The reviews were not promising but I saw one review on Michael & trusted my intuition. I absolutely love it! It was perfect! He did a really great job from the before to after. Whenever I’m back in GA I will definitely bring my baby here.

Honestly, I hadn't been to Petsmart in a long time. However, I was searching that morning for an affordable veterinarian. I was very concerned about my little friend, Marvin. I learned that Petsmart had same day appointments available. They seemed to be concerned for him as was I. They also gave the treatment plan and told the pricing as I went along so I could decide what care I would like. They involved me in the care of my pet. Excellent pet handling and listened to my concerns. Our appointment was on Tues 09/16/25, at 12 noon. Forgive me, I do not recall all of the wonderful staff members that cared for Me and Marvin, but many thanks from my heart.

I am really disappointed! I took my dog for grooming. When I got there they told me I needed a paper copy of the receipt for his shots. However I got his shots in Petsmart at the Vet clinic 5 days before. They said that they're not affiliated with Critter Fixers. I thought that sounded ridiculous because it says "Petsmart Veterinary Clinic". I showed them the text where the clinic thanked me for coming. Critter Fixer didn't send me a receipt via email. However, I showed them the tag that you receive for the shots. And I also explained that the Petsmart vet is my dog's regular vet! They asked could I go all the way back home to get the paper receipt. I was livid! I went and got the receipt and came back. I then showed the grooming tech a picture of how I wanted my dog cut.
