My experience with your office was exceptional. I was new to the area and did not have an established Vet. Taking my kitty to you relieved so much anxiety. Your mother was working that night and she was so warm and caring. If you ever open up a daytime office, I would definitely use you, and I am grateful that I have someone I can trust with after hours care.

I drove 2 hours to be seen by Dr Jessica Allen, as all my local urgent care vets were at capacity on New Years Day. I got there right as they opened. Check in was a breeze and I was put in a room quickly. The vet tech was super sweet and got all the information she needed promptly. Dr Jessica Allen is a very thorough vet and made sure my baby would be comfortable throughout the wound cleansing process. The prices are more than affordable compared to primary vet offices I have used in the past. Mocha is already feeling back to her normal, spunky self! Thank you for your top notch care, so glad I took the drive for my baby to be seen by Dr Jessica Allen!

I had an extremely upsetting experience at Animal Urgent Care and feel compelled to share this so other pet owners are aware. I brought my dog in after being told she might have a serious medical issue. Staff informed me that she likely would not make it through the weekend unless I agreed to emergency surgery. However, no diagnostic testing was performed to definitively confirm a life-threatening infection, yet I was repeatedly pressured to move forward with surgery immediately. I later learned my dog had been misdiagnosed. What made this situation even more distressing was the complete lack of empathy shown toward me during one of the most emotional moments a pet owner can face. I explained that I was overwhelmed, scared, and struggling to process being told my dog might die within 24–

I highly recommend! I just rescued my dog weeks ago and he had an ingestion accident earlier tonight. I called the Poison Hotline and they recommended I go to the vet ASAP with my case #. I gave them a call after finding them on Google and they were able to get my dog seen. He was barking out of protection and nervousness initially but warmed up to the staff . These women don’t get enough credit. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician to the doctor made the experience easy, understanding, and less stressful. The price was really good and fair. The communication was superior as well. I highly recommend anyone to go here. This was my first visit so I will be using them going forward for urgent care.

Yesterday was my first time needing after hours care for one of our pets and I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Animal Urgent Care! From stepping in the door until leaving, Dr Allen and her staff were kind, courteous, and caring. Price wise, the services were less than I was expecting. An office visit is $95 and of course other services are priced out separately. I won't hesitate using their services again.
