Dr. Zag performed Athena’s prophylactic dental and the experience was amazing from start to finish. She took the time to explain the entire procedure, answered all of my questions, and made me feel really comfortable and confident leaving Athena in her care. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure both the pet and the owner feel at ease. Athena did great and recovered smoothly, which gave me so much peace of mind. Dental procedures can be nerve-wracking as a pet owner, but Dr. Zag was very thorough and made sure Athena was safe and well taken care of throughout the whole process. We brought Pepino in for a dental cleaning and a dewclaw removal, and we had such a great experience. The doctor was incredibly caring and took the time to explain everything clearly before and after the procedures. We felt completely comfortable knowing Pepino was in good hands. The pricing was very affordable for the level of care and attention he received, and there were no surprises. Pepino recovered smoothly, and we’re so grateful for the compassion shown to him. My giant tortoises had a fight and one had a wound that needed to be treated, but... how was I going to get her to a vet, and not just any vet, but a vet who knows how to treat tortoises? None of the exotic vets I know could make a house call. My friend suggested that I try calling Dr. Zaghloul who she knew treated exotic animals and might be able to make a house call. I was able to schedule for her to come that evening after the clinic closed, which was a relief. Even though her clinic closed later than expected, she came to my house that night. We woke up my girl (who was sleeping outside in a dark corner because it had been a warm day). Excellent veterinarian! Dr. Zaghloul is amazing! The staff is professional and she is an accredited USDA vet for international travel and is reasonably priced!!! Highly recommended !
