This vet office came highly recommended by my next-door neighbor, whose opinion I trust because of how deeply they care for their senior dog--and I'm so glad I followed that recommendation. The front office staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Scheduling is easy, they're flexible, send reminders, and are amazing with medication refills (even when I'm on a time crunch due to my own poor planning). I have a senior dog with higher needs, and everyone here is so sweet and gentle with her. The vet techs are welcoming and kind, and Dr. Alkofer is truly wonderful--very knowledgeable, takes his time, explains best- and worst-case scenarios, is mindful of costs, and gives honest input as a fellow pet owner. The staff was kind and considerate. The office was clean and modern looking. The vet technician was very good with Kona, my dog, as was the vet herself. Kona wasn’t stressed at all. She didn’t exactly like her ears probed, but who does? No high pressure up selling or unnecessary “labs” to boost the $$$ for her appointment. They handled the issue and I’m glad we went. They are now Kona’s go to vet.

I originally was going in to get my puppy shots, but she ended up having some tummy issues and having an accident in my car. Terisa was so sweet and came out and helped me clean her off and then held her while I cleaned my car up. Dr. Landesfeind came out and offered to help me try and clean it up. Overall, they were both amazing and my puppy, Eleanor, is feeling a lot better than she was that day. This will definitely be our permanent vet office.

We have been going to Hamilton Vet for 16 years. They have helped us with six of our animals and the care there is amazing. I appreciate their honest opinion about what to do and what is needed. All the doctors are caring and experienced. I refer them whenever I have the opportunity

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Francesca Moreno for her kindness and care. She was incredibly gentle with my cat and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire examination. She prescribed medication that significantly reduced his inflammation, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and compassion. I’m hoping for my cat’s speedy recovery. The clinic provided excellent customer service, showed genuine love for animals, and was very clean and welcoming. I would also like to thank Denise Cisco for her friendly and helpful customer service.
