I am not one who normally would post about 1 negative experience but the way this “manager” spoke to me was completely unacceptable and demoralizing . I asked about returning a product (brand new, in the box, never opened - she doesn’t know this because she didn’t take the time to ask!) that I no longer have the receipt for. As soon as I mentioned one of my cards being replaced she shut me right down. No receipt no return, period. Not even if it’s on the other card? Well, yes. You have NO right to degrade me because my card was compromised! AND you need to learn your storm policy According to their website … no receipt or over 60 days you get store credit. Look it up.

They staff is always there to help. They never make you feel rushed or that they don't have time to help you or answer your questions . I buy pretty much all my fish and fish supplies from here

The Vestal store was the only store within about an hour from where I live that had my dog's food in stock. Customer service over the phone and in person during pick up was great! I saw online the store had the food in stock. I called to confirm before I placed an online order. The gentleman I spoke with was pleasant and answered my questions. The ladies that brought out my order of dog food and cat litter were very nice. They were pleasant to chat with for a moment as they put the items in the trunk of my car. My dog enjoyed going for a walk and exploring new smells before falling asleep during the car ride home. 🐾

Had an issue with payment (was overcharged). Filled out a survey and within MINUTES an associate had called to rectify the situation. Great customer service!!

I dropped off my dog to be groomed at PetSmart by Betsy. He has been there before and the previous groomer did a good job. Betsy on the other hand butchered him. She cut his hair too short. I had groomed his face a big bc his hair was getting into his eyes so she said she would blend it a bit. But she went overboard. His hair looks patchy and uneven. I called to complain and spoke to someone called Shea. She said give me a second and hung up. Very unprofessional. The first picture is a before. The second picture is the disaster that Betsy did. She actually trimmed the face shorter than what I did.
