Extremely unprofessional. Will not answer calls nor emails. When you stop in they run and hide it doesn't seem that they want to help the animals nor the people. I recommend going somewhere else that will help in adoption or surrendering/ dropping off a stray this is a hard time or exciting time for people and they should be understanding and caring helping cats find their forever home. A simple phone call or return email would make the adoption/surrender/drop off much easier.

Terrible organization, they never return calls and decide to open and close randomly with no notice. Possibly more active on facebook, wouldn't know or care as I do not have an account there. If any organization should be shut down, they would be on the top of my list.

They have around 60-75 cats who are housed in several cat friendly free-roam rooms. They have quarantine room for cats who need extra care. The staff is very friendly.

We just adopted two lovely, beautiful cats from Every Cat's Dream. They were supportive in our review and selection of cats as we were looking for the right two to fit our family. Their volunteers and foster families are so caring and accommodating with meeting their foster cats. You can tell everyone there really loves the cats and cause. I found them very responsive and communicative. Thanks for helping us find our new family members!

NEVER answers phone. Place takes great care of "their" cats which is why they get 1 star. I put quotes because if you don't plan on putting the cat you are adopting away in a windowless room where they will never have the possibility of getting out, they will deny you. If they find out one of your cats was accidentally let out (even by toddlers or unforseen circumstances) they will deny you stating that if let out either accidentally or on purpose "there are any number of situations that can end badly with their cats being let out and it's a risk they aren't willing to take no matter the precautions taken to prevent it."
