I shop here frequently for my pets supplies. I enjoy checking out new products and perusing the aisles for items for my dogs, cats and birds. Each time i shop the store manager, Alex is working. Alex is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. He also went out of his way to assist me with downloading the PetSmart app so I could take advantage of available deals. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customers and making sure they have a positive experience. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate the extra help and will definitely continue shopping here! He keeps me informed of available promotions on their app to ensure I register. He also kindly offers to carry the heavy cat litter and dog food bags I purchase. Employees here are always helpful to assist me with items on l

***GROOMING SERVICES*** I took my dog to get a nail trim and bath today. We’ve used just the nail trim service before and have liked it because it’s quick and affordable. Today, however I was very unsatisfied with the service. I made an appointment for 10 AM and they said they would give me a call in about two hours when he’s done. Automatically wasn’t a fan of hearing that but still went ahead with the services. When I picked him up, I noticed his coat didn’t look brushed very well. When we walked out of the store, he immediately peed for a long time. This tells me that they didn’t take him to the bathroom at all despite being there for multiple hours. Finally, when I get home, I noticed that they did not clean his rear end and when I wiped his bottom myself, there were still poop streak

I thought the options of dog and cat food was better than the Oxnard location on Rose Ave. I wish you could get the same deals in-store as online without having to select "pick-up" in store. I don't need the employees to gather my items all the time. I just wish you could can scan a coupon on your phone type of thing. I did see a sign in the front of the store about some of these coupons I think a few times. However, not everything is posted on the sign. I provided photos from Decemeber 2023 with the options of dog and cat food.

Great grooming experience! This was my first time at this location and from now on will be my only. Mary did an amazing job! My German Shepherd went in shedding like crazy, dirty and smelly and came out so fresh and clean! No shedding and no crazy hair; he was freshly scented and had a beautiful coat! I highly recommend here. All the employees were nice and helpful (I needed an adjustment on the pricing because I was rebooked and the lady in the salon couldn't adjust it, so the manager helped out with that). Great experience all around! Definitely recommend coming here for your fur babies!

Store is clean, orderly, and well stocked. Their rewards program and promotions have helped me save $ on my essential pet needs. Not to mention the staff is helpful and friendly.
