Harbor paws grooming

We took our 15 year old Beagle Baxter to Harbor Paws for a long overdue nail clipping. He's a big baby and doesn't let us touch his paws so we were unsure if they would be able to successfully clip his nails. Cathy the owner was patient and gentle and was able to clip all of his nails in less than 10 minutes! We were shocked. We will be bringing Baxter back on a regular basis, Cathy is the BEST!

Cathy is the best! We had bad experiences at other groomers, they were rude, unwilling to comb out our goldendoodle, and he was terrified to go back. Zaki always looks great, and is happy to go back to see Cathy. When we picked him up today, he was finishing uo on the grooming table, wagging his tail.

Cathy has been our go-to groomer for our large Aussie-Poodle mix for years, and we couldn’t be happier. She’s always so dedicated to making sure our dog gets the best haircuts and looks and smells great! On top of that, she’s super responsive and flexible, which makes scheduling really easy. We’re so glad to have Cathy as part of our pup’s life and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our mini schnauzer, Midge, is also a mini celebrity. She gets stopped wherever she goes and complimented on her slick schnau trim, even weeks after a grooming appointment. Thanks for keeping our gal looking top-notch and feeling pampered with every visit!

I have been taking my two Doodles to Cathy since we moved back home to Ventura in 2022. She is lovely with them. They are a handful and usually come in filled with all kinds of stuff in their fur. She always sends them home precisely how I like them: shaved down, clean, and smelling good. Cathy is also not overly expensive; we appreciate her and will keep grooming our wild-haired doodles with her!
