In the middle of the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping, we are truly grateful for Katherine's superb management and problem solving skills. She managed to avert a disastrous situation and even turned it into a teachable moment. Now I have so much knowledge about the Petsmart app and all of the goodies it comes with. Our turtles will soon have the right size habitat for their little village. Thank you Katherine!

Previous times they have done good on grooming my baby, but this time? It’s BOTCHED my dog is near bald and her face cut is crooked and long hair still on the feet that was missed and not trimmed. I’m highly disappointed

Sarah has great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and assisting me with my pick up order. The manager on duty tarol was VERY RUDE to Sarah while she was assisting me. He stated to her that I could do my other myself and she neeed to return to her work station. I only gave 5 stars because of Sarah professionalism and customer service. Tarol needs evaluation on how to treat employees and management training.

I had a very upsetting experience at the Valdosta PetSmart grooming salon. After Rosie’s grooming with Caitlin H, I found two wounds on her body that she did not have before. Caitlin claimed it was a tick bite and that she didn’t trim Rosie’s neck or legs, but that was not true. There were obvious trimmed areas, and the wounds did not look like tick bites at all. Her attitude was also extremely unprofessional. She showed no apology, no concern, and has always acted uninterested and unfriendly whenever I brought my dogs in, even though she was friendly to other customers. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope management takes this seriously.

This pet smart is hands down (and paws down) one of the best!!! The grooming salon team is always SO friendly and extra gentle with my senior lab. The staff in the store and at the registers are always so eager to help you in any way they can. Keep up the great work!
