PetSmart

This store is absolutely disgusting. I went to get feeder fish (minnow) and the tanks were OBVIOUSLY not cleaned in weeks maybe months. Tanks were disgusting. And many fish were dead! Customer service representative had no explanation, stuttering on her words. This obviously is the normal for them, they didn’t seem to care. So sad. You literally see the bacteria! Manager needs to be fired because why haven’t they noticed/cared enough to fix it!! Ridiculous

I brought my Shih Tzu, Lexus, to PetSmart and showed Marshall—who was in charge of grooming—a clear photo of exactly how I wanted her to look. I requested rounded ears with minimal trimming, a round face, and specifically asked not to cut her tail. Unfortunately, when I picked her up, I was very disappointed. Her tail was cut, her ears were trimmed too much, and instead of a rounded face, it looked completely different from what I asked for. Lexus is still adorable, but this was not what I requested or expected. Communication and attention to detail are extremely important when it comes to grooming, and this experience missed the mark.

Staff doesn’t seem qualified enough to handle cats that show a little aggression, isnt staff trained to handle that. I told staff my cat was abused before I adopted so handle her with care. My cat barely showed any aggression maybe a little growling or biting but nothing serious please hire better trained staff. She got her nails cut but they refused to wash her

Ok, now. I was nervous taking my anxious 90 lb pit to get his nails cut. But low and behold, Justine and Tanae were able to get my dog to calm down and get his nails cut. I was so surprised and grateful. I have found my puppies new nail groomers. Everyone should go to PetSmart in Union and ask for Justine and Renee, they are going to WOW you!!!

I was checking out when this lady named Adriana checked out for me. She was very rude and was impatient when asking questions. She had black hair , white , and had glasses. I don’t know who hired her but whoever did needs to rethink their decision. I will not be coming back to this pet smart.
