Charlotte in the grooming department at PetSmart Troy did an amazing job grooming my cat! She handled a lot of matting and was gentle, thorough, and kind with Lovey!!!! We made another appointment with Charlotte for March 2 and cannot wait to see her!!!! (the first pic is a before and the second one is of course, an after! 🤗).
First time getting my 4 month old kitten groomed, and I think Lilly M did a phenomenal job! I’d recommend this place!
My Piper was groomed by Ali yesterday and she did a great job! I opted for Express Service and once again, he was ready in just over an hour. He looked great! SUMMER 2025 UPDATE: I have returned two more times and each time Ali has done a fabulous job in ONE hour!
Liv my groomer for almost a year is the ABSOLUTE BEST with my pup! The only groomer who can get my dogs cut right! He loves her too!!
Love this place! Shaina had groomed Leo since he was a pup and even though we moved, we kept coming back here. Shaina has moved on to other places but recommended Charlotte who did amazing! We asked her to salvage Leo’s ears even though they were a bit matted and she took the extra time to brush them out so they could stay a bit longer! Definitely worth the 30 minute drive to come here!
