PetSmart

I hate this location. The employees are good but the store sucks. They never updated it. The animal name tags are blocked.... they keep a very small ugly selection at register 1 where you have to wait in line to look at them or get into customers in lines way. The bathrooms are garbage and need updated. Who wants to set on a toilet seat that looks like piss and sweat/dead skin has been baked to it.... along with the seats pealing.... petsmart cost more than petco and other places.... I expect the place to be taken care of and to be layed out is a practical way not a way to be a inconvenience. I want to come to petsmart but they make the experiance horrible.

Came in last night maybe 15-20 minutes before close. we selected the fish we wanted and when we asked the man at the register for help grabbing them, he told us there’s a girl at crickets and that’s her job…. ok? you’re standing at the register not doing anything… you’d think you might help the customers to get out before close? we proceeded to wait 10 minutes for the worker to get the crickets as she was conversing with customers. when she finally had finished and we asked for a few fish, she got a snarky attitude as if they were already closed. Once she asked what fish i needed and i told her, she then proceeds to tell me that they are closing and she may not get all the fish we need. we were only getting 5 fish total. one pleco and 4 goldfish. easy pull. when i mentioned we waited so lo

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. A close friend of mine adopted a cat, paid the adoption fee and has the congrats email on the adoption to prove it, and since the employees made a mistake, another couple had also 'adopted' the cat. The kitten was already in her possession and in her home. The employees called her and threatened legal action if she did not bring the cat back. Scared, she did. They then contacted corporate and all they have gotten back in response was an apology e-mail. Not enough. The cat is HERS! And needs to be returned to its rightful owners. When I went into the store to delete my account with them, the male manager (Maybe his name was Rick?) was very stand offish and didn't want to hear anything I had to say, claiming me and my friend were liars. I adopted a kitten at 9:06am on Nov 13th, and at 3:58pm I was threatened with legal action to bring her back. My boyfriend and I had seen this kitten Saturday around 5, then again after 8, Sunday at noon, and Monday after 6. At no point during any of these visits were we given a paper application or informed that we would need to fill one out in order to adopt her. Nobody talked to us on Saturday, but on Sunday we asked if we could hold the kitten outside of the cage (something we were told you can only do if you're seriously considering adoption) and were helped by a manager named Amber. I saw online that this kitten had had a surgery on her chest that I asked about, and the Petsmart employees apparently had no idea about it.
