I was unable to get our quickly declining dog in with our primary vet so we scheduled an appointment same day with Dr Brown. She was incredibly caring and even called in to check on her daily. Unfortunately she continued to decline and we had to euthanize her. I cannot remember the vets name who performed the procedure (Dr brown was off that day) because I was so upset but she and the whole office were incredibly compassionate and respectful. I was allowed to hold her through the whole procedure and they offered a cozy blanket and a burial bag to bring her home in as we chose to bury her at home.

Pamela is hands down the BEST groomer ever! My dog had a rough past and is anxiety filled, trusting only a select few, which now include Pamela. I never thought he’d be able to be professionally groomed until we found Pamela. We will never take our dog anywhere else 🙌🏻

They were very kind and welcoming. We were called and given an update once the neutering was done, they also called and checked up on our cat a day or two later to make sure he was doing well. We were provided with lots of good information about after care via email as well as a printed copy when we picked our cat up from being neutered. I also appreciated that there were no hidden fees or extra cost.

Dr. Cook and staff were absolutely amazing. Explained everything to me about my dog and the possible surgery he needed. Very honest. Loved my pup even after only knowing him for a few weeks. Was very soothing with Casper up until he took his last breath in my arms. I'm forever grateful for them. They even had this little candle and note as we were saying our goodbyes.

This is the best veterinary clinic in the state of Kansas And even Missouri, I believe superior Doctors to provide excellent care And service explain everything professional, and the vet techs Are just as amazing, very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable and I’ve never had service where they treated my loved fur babies with such great care In compassion by far, the best experience I’ve ever had.
