Where do I even begin?! Bryce is such a compassionate, driven and educated trainer. He has always remained consistent and patient in all training classes. He will tailor anything to your dog based on size, breed or special circumstances. Bryce made all the classes fun and something to look forward to as a family. It’s such a great learning experience for all even as dog parents about the things you can do differently at home to help your dog. The right way to go about things, not to get discouraged as Bryce was never rushed for time and if he didn’t have time he would always make the time for you later if you needed a little extra help. We took our 10 year old chiweenie . To the pet hotel while we were out of town. Everything was great! Except the first and second time he has returned with a large scratch on his nose. We dident realize it for a few days the first time and figured he may have gotten scratched from the play time with other dogs. So this time we had one on one (which is just the staff.) And again, this time with a bigger scab. We noticed this time before we got in the car. So I went in and asked. She said she can't be sure but thinks it was from him using his Snout to move around his bed. The problem that I have is that they inspect the dog before he goes in to make sure he's not injured. Love this place 1000x's better than Petco... Don't like Petco's policies... IE: Made a purchase using their partner Klarna... Made 2 large purchases... online. cancelled one. Never cancelled and still debiting my account after returning product to the store. I will never shop Petco again... Petsmart however immediately took wrong size products back. And this fabulous store... gave me my Veterans / 1st Responder discount. Which is quite generous.

I had my dog groomed on Sunday, and paid for the upgraded package to have a few extra things done, as she needed it. In the package, it states "full blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad trim to neaten the feet & sanitary trim" I noticed in a picture my husband sent me when he picked her up that she did not have her paws trimmed and called the grooming department. When I brought it up, the groomer, Roman, said it wasn't standard to do unless requested. When I brought up the details of the package, he was nonchalant and said most pet parents don't prefer it. He did say I could bring my dog in on Tuesday to get her paws trimmed. Today is Tuesday, I brought my dog in and spoke with whom I assume is the grooming manager as she was wearing a headset and as
