Good PetSmart with lots of stock. Great location with a huge parking lot. Had to use the restroom, which was quite clean and had disposable seat covers available.

Very rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional and refusal of sale. I came in looking to buy 2 pet rats they refused sale. Jennifer, a store employee, is refusing sale because of feelings, and continues to argue about the rats. The other store employee, mind you refused to give name, said that "I FEEL THAT IT WOULDN't BE GOOD TO SELL TO YOU GUYS" very unprofessional UPDATE: The store manager that refused to give us her name was Kristina. She was very rude and disrespectful for no reason and has no right being in customer service. This PetSmart also has no idea how to take care of animals at all, they have dead beta fish on the shelf not just one but I've seen 3 or 4. they guilt trip you into buying more animals then say they can't sell them. Steph at the salon groomed my Australian Shepard and did an outstanding job! I had specific requests that she followed to the letter, and my girl was happy, clean, and beautifully brushed. Highly recommend Steph!

Do not go anywhere else to train your pups. Alex is a terrific trainer and our pups are better now with his instruction. We've been bringing our pups to Alex for years. Highly recommended.

Trying to buy 2 Oscars and she refused to sell them to me saying she didn't feel comfortable selling them because my tank wasn't big enough I said how the hell do you know how big is my tank I never told her never again 😡
