I called at the last minute and saw a few good reviews about Jasmine. I brought my bichon poodle here and everyone that worked in the grooming seemed super friendly and positive! Jasmine did a great job on Molly. Molly was nervous going in but was so cute and happy after! She looked adorable and I have had some not so great experiences at other places. Im glad I found a grooming spot for my fur baby!

This has been my local petsmart for years, so I can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet. I recently moved about ~45 minutes away for work, but when I am in the area Gwinnett for family or otherwise, I will still do some of the pet shopping I need at that time here. Staff has always been super friendly and helpful; I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at checkout, and I’ve been going here for over five years. All the cashiers are very lovely and when I bring my havanese, staff in the aisle often come and talk or comment on her. Thanks for being awesome! :)

I recently adopted a shelter dog & needed to get some toys for my PWC. The staff at this PetSmart were so kind & generous to assist me. Im grateful for their empathy & going above and beyond customer service.

Great store! Friendly staff and always have what I’m looking for! Mason is an amazing employee and truly helped me out… you can always tell someone who likes their job +++ Love the grooming department! I bring my plug-in every few weeks for nail trimming. He is quite old, but the staff is always so very attentive! Kudos go out to Jasmine and Armando! Very impressive and highly recommended !!! ⭐️ 🌟 💫

Don’t go to this pet smart, the groom department messed my dog up. I took my dog here multiple times, but today they disappointed my poodle. My dog is very traumatized from this experience. I cried and was very angry from what my dog looked like now. Don’t book with Tabatha or Alonso those associates are the reason why my poodle haircut is screwed up.
