I have been bringing my dog here for several months. From my very first visit, I explained that I previously had a bad experience at another grooming place, where they cut my schnauzer’s mustache too short, and I was very clear that I did not like that. At the beginning, everything was fine and you respected my request. However, in August I noticed that his mustache had been cut again. Although I was upset, I decided not to say anything. In September, when it was time for his grooming appointment, I made myself very clear: please do not touch his mustache. I specifically asked for the usual cut on the body and face, but nothing on the mustache. Despite this, when I picked him up, I found that his mustache had been cut again, and in addition, the haircut on his face and eyebrows was done v

It was my Maple’s very first professional haircut, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of her. From the front desk to the groomer, everyone was so kind and welcoming, and they did such a great job. Maple looks amazing! We will definitely be back.

my 3 pups been going here since the day they opened. not sure how many months now or years, but the price was really good to me since I have 3 dogs and I now, i have additional puppy that it's not been part of grooming because I don't have a rabies shot for my new puppy. how i wish, i know who is bathing my pups. i only knew is the front desk lady who get them from me. front desk people are nice and really have a customer service. i know rating is more on hands on to who are taking care of the dogs inside. but my lulu last December she got her first haircut and i am very satisfied. neat and clean.

Great first time experience! Wasn’t pressured into any extra treatments, they were kind and friendly. And most importantly, they gave my dog the attention she deserved from the second I walked through that door All the way up until we walked out the door!! I was happy to find a place that was unlike Petsmart or Petco in the sense that they don’t leave your dogs caged up for three hours to come pick up later. They are fast and efficient. Proud to be a new monthly member 😊
