Yesterday Petsmart called and had to reschedule my dog’s grooming appointment, and while I was upset I had to go a day later and rearrange my day, it honestly was a blessing in disguise. Denver ended up grooming my baby girl Lola and this is best she’s ever looked. Kudos to the team there and I will continue to request Denver for now on! Thanks soo much!

I gave one star for a very positive attitude. I dropped my dog off to get a haircut. We had an extensive conversation on the length of hair I wanted. I even called when I got home to give them the reading from the clippers that normally would be used to cut my dog’s hair. That number happens to be 6 mm. After her hair cut, she has every length of hair but 6 mm. Maybe excessive but I used my micrometer and measured her hair. It’s 12-15 mm everywhere some places 20-25 mm. It was like they didn’t even cut my dog’s hair. They just butchered a few areas to make it look worse than it was before I arrived. I have never been taken advantage of for $100 in such a short length of time. And I felt that I got absolutely nothing for my money. This Is very sad. I did not address the issue to the sto

I had my cat board after the hurricane when we lost power and AC and she absolutely loved it. They were so nice and even sent me pictures of her playing. She also came back so different. Definitely in a good way, she was so much calmer and would even put herself back in the carrier as if to say she wanted to go back. I’ll definitely be bringing her back next time I’m out of town.

Since I brought my dog here for grooming she is panicking every time I want to give her a bath. She ran away to her crate when she saw the shampoo, towel and I turned on the water. When I finally picked her up she was shaking in fear. I don’t know what they did but she is traumatized. Jaz did the grooming.

Spoken to Rhonnie she was very helpful and they had really nice cars plus her prices was really affordable plus the cars are really clean. Coming back during tax season 🤩
