It’s always spotless and perfectly organized—walking in just feels good, unlike some chaotic pet stores. The staff? Absolute gems! They’re super patient, ask about our pets’ needs, and give spot-on advice (I heard they get over 40 hours of training every year!). Last time, they even price-matched our cat food to make sure we got the best deal. Great prices, top-notch quality—every pet parent’s dream! Brittnie did a wonderful job grooming our Heidi girl! All members of the staff were pleasant and happy to help! Lots of natural treats for cats and dogs and a huge natural food selection and a rewards program! They also offer free delivery for approved surrounding locations! This is definitely my new animal spot!
