PetSmart

This is a warning to the customers of this petsmart. Over the past week maybe even longer, I have bought cat food from this store only for it to be infested with pantry moths. When I brought it to the MOD, she knew very well that they had a pantry moth infestation. There where no signs, no warnings, nothing at all telling us about what we were bringing into our homes. My cats ate infested food unknowingly because we did notice them until they made their way out and into their water bowl. The store let us exchange food, which lead to a bag having full blown moths! They let us open it and the moths hid but in the end still there was no warning. I'm giving this store a low score and writing this out so other people are warned and have more knowledge when going in and buying petfood. We lost

My review is based on the improper importing of reptiles, specifically bearded dragons, that Petsmart enables. Last year, I purchased a juvenile bearded dragon - for my teenage daughter as a birthday present - from the College Drive Petsmart location. Fast forward to almost a year later, we are anticipating his imminent death due to Adenovirus. Phoenix was diagnosed with Adenovirus approximately 3 months ago, after noticing a change in his feces. Phoenix is the only reptile we have, and other than his clutch mates, he has not been around any other reptiles. After the diagnosis, we have attempted to support Phoenix in various ways, directed by his veterinary team; however, the virus has affected his organs and nervous system and the damage is irreversible. Nothing wrong with the customer service here but the store is so nasty. Every time we have tried to buy dog food here, the bags of food are either covered in maggots, have maggots inside of them, or have already formed moths inside of the bags of food. I’ve never had a problem with any bags of food at any other Petsmart except this one. It’s like they don’t even check the inventory they have before putting it out on the floor and this needs to be addressed. This is not safe for the people who don’t check their food bags before feeding it to their dogs unknown of what is inside. Don’t buy your dog food here and save yourself a trip to the huge health code violation of a store. Do better petsmart!

Went here to buy a new pleco for my 60 gallon. Very experienced and friendly aqautics specialist. We were in and out in no time.

For grooming I love Reginia! Everytime I bring my animals in she would do an amazing job! I also love how my animals are excited to see her and are not as anxious like they use to be at other places. She really takes the time to listen and then she always goes above and extra to make sure to go at my animals pace. I am so grateful for her 💗
