Absolutely wonderful experience. Val answered all our questions and let us know if we needed anything that she can radio anyone we need. There was another helpful gentleman who loaded up the tank and stand for us. Ryan and another female employee helped load our huge items into our vehicle. I'm so blessed to have such an amazing PetSmart with kind and knowledgeable employees to help me with all my animal needs. Pricing is perfect. You can compare their prices to Amazon and they are very similar. Our saltwater tank is set up and we are patiently waiting to be able to add fish to it next week. I also want to thank Adan who was the person who inspected our tank at the manufacturing place because the tank was sealed perfectly! I can't wait to lay in my bed and stare at my tank every n

Good enough. Friendly staff. A good selection of food which is nice since I have a pet with allergies to certain foods.

FIX THE WIFI, SERIOUSLY. The WiFi absolutely blows at this place. Which shouldn't matter but it does if you want to use Petsmart rewards program. By the way, the rewards app and program is complicated enough and not user friendly. But on top of that the lack of WiFi at this particular store adds 15 minutes to check out which holds up the entire line and ruins my shopping experience everytime I stop in.

My issue is with a special dog handling fee that I’ve never seen or been charged before. When I arrived to my appointment they told me one of the groomers had called out and they’re behind. I said take your time. They said she’s has gallstones , (NOT MY ISSUE) when I come to pick up my dog a couple hours later they stated the dog was really good and he likes to sit as I review the bill. I noticed they charged me an extra $10 special hand fee , ever since I’ve started going to petsmart I have never been charged this type of fee. WHEN I ASKED HER WHAT THIS FEE WAS FOR SHE STATED OUR REGIONAL MANAGER IS MAKING US. This will be the last time that I utilize your store or your service for a sneaky deceptive way of charging an extra $10. And yes I still tipped 20% of what is now $100 for a 20lb d
