⸻ As a first-time dog owner, I was extremely nervous when my dog was recently diagnosed with an illness. I had so many questions and honestly felt overwhelmed. I called the store and spoke with a very nice young lady by the name of Stephanie J. Who gave us an appointment. However after going to the store and speaking with the veterinarian Dr. Allen and his staff Stephanie J, I left feeling completely reassured and well informed. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my concerns with patience, and made sure I knew exactly what steps to take moving forward. I truly appreciated the compassion, professionalism, and kindness shown by both the veterinarian and the staff throughout the visit. Because of their care and clear communication

Do not get your dog groomed here. We and our tenant both had very bad experiences here. They put our dog in a cage for ours and didn’t do his nails as we requested. Their excuse was “he wouldn’t let us cut his nails.” Well yeah, obviously he is not gonna let you do it when you leave him in a cage for hours. When our tenant took her dog to get groomed here, she told them not to shave all her hair off. They did exactly what she told them not to do and shaved her entire dog’s hair off. We have a personal groomer we take our dog to and she is 10 times better than PetSmart.

My husband took my dog for grooming and they said that my dog was matted so they needed to shave him My husband said please don’t get to close to his skin specifically his tail and his private parts. They completely shaved my dog all over that his skin is pink! They cut some nails and missed some! My dog came home totally traumatized..scared .. depressed! He is not eating.. he is not a happy dog the way he used to be! Terrible job!! Unnecessary shaving! Please if you love your dog DO NOT bring your dog to this place!! I wish they had cameras and I would love to find out what they did to my dog there!

Horrible service! I placed ahead of time for curbside pickup. When i got there, we waited in the car for someone to hand us stuff i had ordered for my cat since on the app, I was told someone would be out shortly to hand it to me. I waited and nobody came so i had to walk inside to get my order where the workers were just inside standing there and talking and making jokes about how one of them pronounced my name. However, this doesn’t happen all the time. I’m assuming it just depends on who’s working.

Me and my family went and got our first family pet which was a hamster last week. The associate named Ryan was very informative and helpful with our decision and purchase. I was very pleased and so was my child. I would highly recommend PetSmart
