I recently moved to the St Pete, FL area and was looking for a dependable team that would be able to take my dog Milo on walks for me. Anna and Stephani always do an amazing job! They always communicate well, send lots of pictures/videos :), and go the extra mile!! Plus Milo always has a blast when he gets to go on walks with them! I’m so glad to have PCBA to rely on.

First time using PCBA sitters and they were wonderful! My dog has a bit of stranger danger along with some anxiety related tummy issues and I was super nervous to leave her with JillIan for a week but her calm demeanor and expertise had my dog warming up to her very quickly and I always looked forward to reading the updates and seeing the pictures! Instructions were followed and easy to make and change/add on a service. Highly recommend and looking forward to using their services again!

The absolute BEST walkers! PCBA has been walking my golden retriever daily for four years now, and she is completely obsessed with each of them. They are extremely reliable, caring, professional, and passionate about providing the best possible care. I always know she’s in safe and loving hands while I’m away. The photos and updates after each walk give me such peace of mind. I also often take advantage of the extra services they offer, like nail trimming—which is so convenient. The value of their veterinary experience cannot be overstated. Anna went above and beyond recently when my dog had a medical emergency and needed urgent care. I wanted to give 5 stars to both the owners and the staff at PCBA. I don’t trust just anyone with to take care of my giant boy, Ryder and everyone constantly went above and beyond for him and for us. Every walk they gave him the love and attention he needed. They made our move and transition to Connecticut super easy and you made us feel comfortable with him in their care! If there was ever an issue or concern regarding him, it was properly communicated to us to address promptly. The report cards and photos from each walk were a helpful check-in and staff consistently arrived on time to provide him with his walk. I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate dog walkers!

Can't recommend Anna & the PCBA team enough. We have a quirky dog who doesn't do well in daycare & is pretty particular about her routine so we've always have been anxious about going away without her. Anna & team made sure our Nellie was cared for & eliminated any stress we had during our 5 day trip. You'll receive a full 'report card' every time your sitter stops by - complete with photos, 'stats' (are they eating / drinking / going to the bathroom) and a brief writeup about that particular check in. Our sitter took great care of our apartment & we could tell from the photos that our pup had a great time during their staycation.
