I recently purchased two parakeets, and Lexi assisted me throughout the process. She was extremely helpful, polite, and respectful. She took the time to answer every question I had and did so with a warm and friendly attitude.

They are great grooming. Our Mr Sharpie looks amazing. Great work!

Store was very clean and easy to navigate. Bit of a line, but it was a nice day on a weekend. So, understandable. I previously purchased 2 pouches of cat food and a cat bed for a cat I'm fostering. The cat didn't care for the food or the bed (never step foot in it after 3 days). So, I returned the remaining pouch and the bed. Transaction was pulled up from my rewards account with just the 3 items. The cashier seemed to take a minute to figure out what was what even with the vast difference in prices of a cat bed and a single pouch of cat food. I work in retail and every POS is different, but after figuring out the food was $2 and the bed was $24, the button clearly said 'done' to complete the return transaction....but another long pause. Then she said she'd 'figure it out later'(?)

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. There has been several times where they let me know about discounts and points I could get through the app. The store is always clean and typically well stocked.

I brought my dog in for grooming and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The front desk girl at the salon was incredibly sweet. And Jessica L, the groomer, was also wonderful. She took the time to examine my dog, making sure we were in the same page with my grooming preferences. We eventually decided on giving my dog a “man bun.” I was unsure at first but a few days later, his curls bounced back, and he looks adorable! I was confident that my dog was in capable and loving hands.
