What delightful creatures can be found here - ones for sale and ones for adoption! An animal hospital is on site as well. The employee who directed me to what I was looking for seemed like she was having a bad day, nonetheless she helped me out and I'm grateful. I hope she's doing better today. 🥰 One visit to the darling parakeets is sure to give anyone a little cheer! 🐦🦜🕊

My puppy girl came home with 2 scabs on the tip of her ears from being shaved so low or cut. We agreed on the low cut due to some matting but the shade we agreed upon didn’t go as planned. An extra $30 dematting fee was added in which my puppy was still skinned! Not only was she skinned, she’s obviously uneven in several spots. I added the valentines package which includes a digital pic that I did not receive and nail grinding. The original Bath and Full cut package includes nail trimming. Between both my puppy’s nail are so long that she’s scratched additional scabs inside the ears. I believe the groomer Gailia is new and I’m sorry, she’s the reason we will never return to pets smart.

I adopted my beautiful cat from there😺 Heather M. helped me with the adoption process, she was very helpful, courteous, and kind through the whole thing! She's the best!

I had the most horrible experience. A total nightmare! Took my dog in for bath and cut for thanksgiving holiday. I was told at the time of appt was set up that I’d be receiving $10 off for new customer. A lie. Traveled an hour to appt and was called 3-1/2 hours later to pick my 4 pd yorkie up. I was told that a family emergency came up, and the groomer had to leave. I practically begged for someone else to finish the job and was told no and that they were booked. I was devastated. There was no compassion at all!I have a prissy baby yorkie that I took in with bows and ribbons and picked her up looking like a stray dog! I should have read these reviews beforehand! PetSmart St Charles is staffed by a great team of helpful and friendly staff members. This location is my regular "go-to" for pet supplies for my semi-aquatic turtles and fish. And a great location to find quality dog toys and grooming supplies.
