Love that they are all about the pets, but wish their pet toy prices were more competitive. Often times same toys are are sell or even cheaper at their competitors.

Such a great PetSmart! This location is so great! We found a cute little “dog park” potty area, partially fenced, with artificial turf, a cute fire hydrant & stocked with poo-bags & a trash can. It’s well shaded and beautiful lined with flowers and shrubs. What a great addition to an otherwise basic pet store! We entered and were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a super sweet, joyful & friendly employee! She took time to greet Barnabas, which is huge considering I am diligently taking him out for socialization (he was rescued from the streets and clearly experienced abuse at the hands of some horrible people in his first months of life - so this is critical to his healthy development), so big shout-out and huge thank you to the staff of this store. Petsmart has always been a bad store They throw away fish in dumpsters and never take care of the animals... ever You cannot put a fish in a 5 inch wide container and expect it to live. Every time I go here I see several fish dead. Its sick to see how much they aren't taken care of. One of my friends also worked at a petsmart and has told me multiple times that none of the employees and management care about the animals nor take care of them. Also the grooming is terrible. I have seen videos of people talking about how they never do a good job and have seen plenty of videos of petsmart groomers hurting the dogs. Not only that, what I used petsmart grooming they always messed them up, and my dogs would shake violently when they saw we where at the petsmart which they had never done before

On 11/26/25, my husband went to Petsmart around 11 am with all 3 of our kids. He had a whole pile of goodies to purchase. The kids, of course, picked up some overpriced drinks and snacks. They sat at the counter for a bit and then he told the kids to wait there while he went to look for someone to check them out. He gets to the back of the store and some snotty girl with an attitude told him they'd be there in a bit. He goes back to the front and waits with the kids, while a line piled up behind him. As he's waiting, the snotty employee in the back kept peeking around the corner and did nothing, called no one. Finally, he took the kids and left everything on the counter. Last monday we took our puppy to the grooming service and we asked for the full haircut. He had long hair and we wanted something cute for his hair. When I was there I showed to the grooming lady the picture of what I want it, the classic yorkie hairstyle (the second picture). So, she took a picture of this picture and told me that she got it and if she had a question she will call me (She never called). When I went to picked him up... he was a totally different dog!! They couldnt explain me what happened and the groomer was not nice at all!! I want to clarify that my dog didnt have any hair knot!!! I brushed his hair just before the appointment to be sure and I told the lady in the front desk to touch him and be sure of that because I know that they make you pay extra if they find hair k
