While I understand it’s rather hard to care for the amount of fish yall have and the resources you lack, the amount of dead fish I find here is bizarre. Every time I go inside I find at least ONE dead betta fish. Hand the cup to someone and not even an apology. Also the tanks are full of deceased animals, one image below depicting an entire tank full of dead loaches or something akin to that. Dead frog, angel fish, etc. really sad to see these animals treated so poorly

I needed a last minute bag for my dog. The sales person saw me being indecisive. She made a completely different suggestion! A bag with a fold out side porch! 💯 💛 He lobed it and so do i!

I booked a bath and trim for my fur baby. He had some matting on his legs, which i authorized them to cut out. When I returned for him, they had given him a full cut. Their explanation was "to even his coat after removing matting from his legs". No one called for my authorization to full cut him. No one informed me the extent of the full cut. I did not see him until after I paid. And this full cut has now ruined his Halloween costume. The thickness of his coat was integral.
