We took our Great Pyrenees dog here for problems with loose stool with blood and, problem with defecating normally. We had appointments with 3 different veterinarians at this location, all of them blamed the issue on the dog’s diet and weight. We followed the plan with prescription food to lose weight but the problem continued. The last visit was with an older doctor who had a bad attitude with both myself and my husband. He appeared to just be afraid of the dog, yes he is a big dog. Neither one of the three veterinarians took the time or had the interest to perform a digital exam on our dog or they would have found a large polyp in his rectum causing the difficulties and the bleeding. We thankfully have now found a veterinarian who took the time to examine and find the polyp on our FIRS

Very friendly staff. I called at 4pm on a Friday with a paw injury and they saw us at 430 and took care of our sweet puppy. We love all the vets and staff. Our pup has a "spa" day tomorrow. Bath and nails and she loves it every time. They spoil our baby

I had to take in a stray cat that has been frequenting our house for years but is VERY warry of anyone but me because he knows I'm his food source. We've never been able to get him to stay inside. Long story short, I was concerned about a recent abcess on his back. The folks at Brookwood Animal Hospital were able to see him the morning I called. They expertly, gently and safely assessed a stray who was not happy at all about his situation! They were friendly, efficient and gentle and I was in and out with a treated, vaccinated cat in under 30 minutes. I'm grateful for their service and reasonable prices. Brookwood Animal Hospital is now our go to for future veterinary needs!

I needed to find a vet in the Snellville area. So glad I called for appt! My dog loved the attention of the staff. Dr Hotop explained causes & treatment in detail. Vet tech trimmed her "macaroni" nails quickly & kept her calm & happy. The bill was very reasonable, sigh of relief!

I left a review when I first started taking my cat back in 2021 here which was a higher star and more positive review. Since then I have pulled my cat from their facility to another vet. A few months ago I spoke with the vet on hand and we discussed an issue to attempt to correct it. However I decided it would still be best to take him elsewhere. The situation left a bad taste in my mouth but I let it be. However, today I received a call from this place that a lady had my cat who happened to be locked in one of her bathrooms. The lady didn’t have my number so the front desk lady (name unknown and frankly don’t care) proceeded to violate privacy policies and offered her my contact information and told them my cat hasn’t been vaccinated since 2021.
