I’ve used this location several times for grooming and every time I’ve had a good experience. I am going to start sticking with one groomer going forward that so we can get some consistency. This visit my 4 year old girl Yorkie got a bath and brush and she looked smelled and felt good. Emma R. was our stylist and I love that they are doing these progress reports that’s so cute and I’ve always wondered exactly how is everything going since we don’t see the process and I think these progress reports help so hopefully they keep those. It’ll also help if I select the same groomer each time which I’ll do better with! We had a 9am appointment and it was pretty busy and checking in was a little hectic but we were finally checked in about 915am which isn’t bad but that’s why I can’t give 4/5 stars

I've been using PetSmart grooming for years but I may look elsewhere. I made an appointment for 1 PM for a bath and haircut and was told to give them 4 hours. I came back at 5:20 and was told they still aren't done and to give them 30 min or so. I finally got him at 6:30...

Great place to get all your pet needs, extremely helpful and friendly staff.

So upset! I’ve made two different appointments to have my dog groomed and they’ve cancelled both at the last minute! They called me or texted just about everyday confirming his appointment-and then cancelled. I will not ever make another appointment with this company again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE BECAUSE THEY CANT KEEP THE APPOINTMENT!

My puppy Copper is a pretty hyper dog, super friendly but can be hard to manage at times. Petsmart did an amazing job geooming him for his spa day. He left so happy, clean and trimmed. They even gave him a treat and a cute hankerchief.
