River Oak Vet

First time here today. New to the area so needed a Wellness check and establish a Vet/Pet relationship. The hospital was very clean and bright. The receptionists were very welcoming. The Vet Tech was very helpful and thorough. She explained all meds and boosters recommended. Dr Adler was very nice and welcoming. He examined both of my Westies. Thankfully they are doing well ❤️ Made follow up appointment and scheduled next years annual appointment 🐶🐶

Choosing a vet is a huge decision, and I can't recommend River Oak Veterinary enough. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the staff has a genuine love for animals. It's not just a job for them; it's a calling. They are so incredibly compassionate and friendly with every pet and owner. At our most recent visit, the vet tech got on the floor with our pup and gave him lots of snuggles just to make sure he felt safe and that it was a positive experience. The facility is spotless, with a level of cleanliness that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is not only friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Pate and Dr. Adley always take the time to explain their recommendations or what is going on with my dogs in a way that I can understand and make informed decisions. They answer a

Dr. Adley and his staff are absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so sweet, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They took incredible care of our new kitten and made the whole experience feel calm and reassuring. To alleviate stress they had us wait in the exam room instead of the lobby. It's clear how much they truly love animals, and that means everything to us. We are so grateful for Dr. Adley and his team!

One thing that I love about River Oaks is they care for their senior animals. I am a regular at the office because I have two senior dogs that are over 14. And I love how when one of them needs something. Dr. Adley make sure that they are able to handle it physically. He doesn’t just rush into something. I also see Dr. Claire and she is the same way. She’s very concerned with Max and the procedures that they do with him. I truly recommend them for your fur babies.

I took my dog in for a cough / nasal congestion. As soon as we were in an exam room, the staff mopped and cleaned the area where we had been in the waiting room since they were unsure of the source of the cough. I was seriously impressed. They also requested that I carry my dog out to limit exposure in the other areas, preventing any possible contamination with other pets. The vet, Dr. Claire, as well as the vet tech, were very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. My dog has been to the same vet for 15 years, and while I am extremely happy with them, I will be switching to River Oak due to convenience. I think we’ll be very happy there!!
