McKenzie did a beautiful job on my poodle bichon’s grooming. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and asked all the right questions. They were patient when I needed to call my vet to get her proof of rabies vaccination. They were all around awesome :)

The store advertised walk in appointments for getting your dogs nails trimmed from their grooming department but when you walk in they tell you they cant and you need to book an appointment. I would have understood if they had said "hey it might take 15-30 mins but we can cut your dogs nails". I get they cant drop everything and take care of the walk in...but telling us to come back at 2pm isn't accepting a walk in. They shouldn't advertise something they cant do.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I purchased a beautiful white betta fish from PetSmart a couple weeks ago, and it has been such a unique and fun experience watching it slowly turn a soft, cool pink! The transition is stunning — it almost feels magical seeing its colors shift in the light. The fish is healthy, active, and seems to be thriving in its new tank. Definitely one of the most eye-catching bettas I’ve owned. Highly recommend if you're looking for a pet with a little personality and a lot of beauty!

The employees are EXTREMELY NICE! I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were competitive to other places. I would normally get my dogs food, shampoo, and Frontline from regular stores, but I was looking for a specific flea and tick Frontline, which Petsmart had. I wound up purchasing more items as well because the prices were just as competitive, and there were MORE choices. They DO offer grooming services, and I saw a sign on the door about veterinary care. Pets ARE welcome, and I made some new "friends.". They also have adoption events. I suggest signing up for the rewards program. The store is very clean, very neat, and WELL STOCKED! Anything you can possibly need or want for your pet(s), I definitely recommend going there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible customer service. I had been bringing my dog here for several years with no issues. I brought my dog in on August 12, 2024. I dropped her off, when they called, I went to pick her up. As soon as I stepped foot through the door to the grooming area, an older woman shouts at me "she's going to have to be an express from now on!" I'm assuming this was Alexis, because that's who was supposed to be grooming my dog that day? But I don't actually know if that was Alexis or not. I was taken aback by her shouting at me, and that being the first thing said to me. The other girl in there, Bri, intervened and spoke kindly and said "she just had some trouble in the crate, she was very excited." And that was the whole exchange. Nothing else was said to me. I assumed express meant I just had to
