I have brought my dogs to both locations on multiple occasions. There seems to be a communication problem with the older woman at the front desk. She swears she says she told you things on the phone when you set the appointment up. When I brought my dog in today she told me my dogs shots records expired in January. I said when I made the appointment you never told me that. She says yes I did it’s written here. I told her just because she wrote it down that does not mean you told me. She kept saying yes I did. She has done this to me on multiple occasions. She told me one time to come back at 5 to pick up my dog after his grooming. Then I got a frantic call from her at 4:30 asking me where I was. I've taken my dog to this groomer a handful of times for a nail trim I've always call first because I need to request two people to keep my dog from jumping off the table and hanging himself which was never a problem for them.... until today. I've experienced my dog jumping off way too many of these tables and choking out. "All groomers tie up all dogs by the neck to keep control." The receptionist stated that only 1 person (not me) can be with the dog. I explained that I wasn't asking for me but my dog always jumps off these tables and he requires two people by his side. I asked if there was another employee there to accommodate him. I was told "we'll see if she's available when you get here." Spent 285.00 for 2 Goldens cut, bathed and nail grind. One looked satisfactory the other looked as if he was shaved in spots nails only cut and back never touched. For the amount spent plus tip, absolutely disappointing. I should've never paid for this. My fault. Would really love to speak with the owner of this place

Thank You so much Rene' for taking care of my Sadie girl today at Halo House. Sadie is sooooo beautiful and white. She is so fluffy and smells so good. I would go back to her any time. My Sadie is a corgi and she loves Rene and everyone at Halo House.

I was calling around to see if anybody is able to bathe my cat & trim his nails. The receptionist said the groomer is able to do that and she scheduled me an appointment for the next day. When I went to bring my cat there, the groomer said to me “well what makes you think I can do that?” Um i don’t know this place is supposed to be a professional groomer & the receptionist said it can be done when scheduling? Very unprofessional I took my cat and my business elsewhere.
