We always have such a great experience at PetSmart grooming! They groomed my two Goldendoodles and did an amazing job, as always. They’re professional, caring, and my pups come out looking and smelling incredible every time. Highly recommend their grooming team!

The ABSOLUTE worst of customer service .. don’t interrupt there breakfast at 9:05 at the registers or from them texting on their phones .. if I could have gave a 0 I would have !! Call customer care .. left with crickets without even a bag to put them in to boot.. now you tell me what could happen if a light bag of air could have left my hands .. this isn’t the 1st or 2nd time service has been AWFIL!!!

I do not know about everyone else, but I can never go here without spending at least $100. They're always great and friendly and have everything you need! Too much in fact, just ask my wallet! Only take cash and leave your credit cards at home so you are forced to restrain yourself!

I bought feeder fish for my axolotl and red ear slider 2 weeks ago and they are both dead now. They are two separate tanks and were healthy before eating the new fish. I’m beyond upset and so is my son. A lot of tanks were labeled sick fish. The feeder fish weren’t. But they were sick a few weeks before my purchase. I will never be back!!

For supplys it's okay. I dont like buying animals from them fish are always sick or due within a week. I purchased a pac man frog and he died within 5 days. The quality of animals is just poor. The supplies is good the customer service is always good as well.
