Paige O, the grooming technician is amazing. I’ve taken my boy, V, to different grooming services before and never seen him look this clean, smooth and good looking😊.

Joanna was very knowledgeable. Had gone to Petco before going to Petsmart to get a Betta fish and it died within 2 days. Petco had given me the completely wrong information. I came to Petsmart and I told her what happened and she gave me all the correct information. I would definitely be going back. :)

This store is convenient for me to pickup supplies for my animals but every time I go I look at the beta fish and feel sad for them. Sometimes when I go in I have noticed upwards of 3 passed away beta fish. I wish they would pay more attention so that the general public doesn’t have to see that and those poor fish don’t wither away in a cup without any help or humane treatment.

Stephanie gave my pup the cutest teddy bear haircut ever! We have been using their grooming services for years and always leave the place very satisfied. They also have a great selection of toys and clothes.

If you have grooming needs for your dog this is the place to go. I have a very hyper Old English Sheepdog that needs special attention. The manager was awesome!!! She took my pup in early and ensured that she addressed all my concerns. She was with him from start to finish throughout the process. My groomer was Shelby and she did an excellent job! I can always tell when my pup has a bad experience and he was extremely happy when I came to pick him up. Thank you for taking care of Odie....You guys are AMAZING!!!
