This is a review for the grooming salon, they did an absolute horrible job on our puppy this is her second groom and it looks like they just hacked away at her hair she has so many choppy spots I’m not happy with it at all I definitely will not be taking her back. I was told to take her back in 48 to 72hrs after her hair starts to grow back so she can get it fixed, what a joke how is her hair gonna grow back in that time frame it’s impossible! Was able to get half of the total refunded but it doesn’t change the fact our poor girl has a horrible haircut. Also would like to add in that some of the ladies the ones who have been there a while are so rude they give you dirty looks and just look so miserable I was given a dirty look when we walked in and told with an attitude “can we help you?
My dog loves this location and all the employees there, especially the trainers. She had such a great experience in beginner and intermediate training that she always runs straight to the classroom. She can’t wait to start advanced training with Aubrie soon!
Petsmart is an Amazing Company for all Animals. We are new owners of cat's, they helped us through the whole process from Insurance to how to take care of them & cat needs. The establishment is very clean, organized & The Staff is Wonderful 🌟🌟🌟🌟
PetsMart Grooming always does a great job on my cairn terrier! They always treat him and us well! Thank you for caring for our fur baby. We love him to pieces!
Had my dog groomed by Delila. She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My fur baby always looks perfect when I pick her up.
