We’ve come here mostly for our pups toys and various items. Prices are always good and they have a great rewards program + the coupon book. As well as sales. We’ve taken our little guy for baths here twice and were very happy both times. They did a great job and were really good with him.

In order to purchase a hamster, I had to wait about 40 minutes for an employee. During that time, no one approached me or offered assistance. When the employee finally came, her attitude was unfriendly and condescending. I already have a hamster cage at home — a large, two-level cage that is properly set up. However, the employee refused to sell me the hamster, claiming that the cage was too small, even though she did not properly examine it (I showed her photos). It seemed like the decision was subjective and made without providing any clear requirements or standards. Additionally, she refused to provide her name, which is completely unprofessional. I CAN NOT STRESS IT ENOUGH !!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO BE GROOM HERE ! After taking this beautiful baby here for years , they got a new groomer named “ Tanya “ she absolutely does not deserve to do this job . She hurt my dog so bad, that I don’t think my dog will ever recover emotionally. When I ask what happen the manager tried to downplay her actions by saying she had eye boogers . If you notice eye boogers are on the bottom of her eyes, not on her eyebrows. This is unacceptable. Your groomer should have more compassion and be more careful. I will never ever return to this location again. I recommend that no one takes their dog here and if they do do not let Tanya groom your dog. She is absolutely in the wrong profession. The most awful experience. Look at the photos, they literally burned my mini golden doodles skin so brutally. The worst part, they didn’t tell me about it and try to hide it. My baby is so broken he hasn’t moved from one space. At first I couldn’t tell why he wasn’t being his usual self, I don’t understand what happened. It’s not just the burn, he’s limping as he walks. I called and the employee gabby?, can’t remember her name, says they had to shave him twice and that’s the reason!!! I regret bringing him here so much. All he needed was a shower and cut

Waste of time, effort and money. I visit the store on xmas eve to collect an item as the online click and collect wasn't working. I get to store with only 2 staff members on, 1 guy cleaning fish tanks so too busy to help and 1 woman on the register who not only wouldn't help me get the item I needed but didn't even check stock despite only saying they had them in. No wonder the chain is going down the drain, over priced and no customer service skills.
