Thank you to the grooming team for being so kind to my Lottie! I booked with Emily and I know she gave her trouble. Despite that, she looks great and they knew when to call it quits to ensure she was comfortable and healthy! I couldn’t ask for more considering the circumstances🫶🏼

Today was the first time I've had an issue. Instead of trying to make the mistake right. I was told I needed to bring the wrong dog food delivered from a same day order and drive to the store to exchange it. They gave me 15 lbs bag of Iams instead of 47 lbs purina pro plan. So not sure how that even got messed that up. I get there and I mentioned I already called. They said yes here is your food you ordered. Then when I mentioned any compensation. I was told sorry it was are mess up but nothing we can do. Thanks for acknowledging your mess up and not trying to help make things right after I now had to waste my time and gas to fix ir when I chose one day delivery for a reason.

Great pet supplies store and Jules is the groomer I recommend you book with. My miniature Australian Shepard has been going to her for over a year and always comes out looking adorable!

The nurse was so sweet, but Dr. Stacey was really more focused on getting more money than actually caring about the main problem. She had took a ear cleaning stick and roughly shoved it around my cats ear. It was $306 in total $78 was just for walking into the office. My cat was originally supposed to go for an upper respiratory infection and I was told to to buy many different things than the actual medicine needed, she was also telling me that my kitten that is still a kitten would have to be neutered because it “will definitely start spraying everywhere” which is not true and I dont have any other female cats for him to mate with and plus he’s a strictly inside cat. This lady was telling me also that we should only buy flea collars from them and not walmart cause they “don’t work” which

This place is awesome. The staff are friendly and very smart. They make sure you are prepared for any new pet. We have bought both Chinchillas and both hamsters from this place and will continue to buy more.
