We like coming here. About 90% of the time they have what we need. They're very helpful. We have a dog that's a picky eater. We've gone back with food and they exchanged the food no questions asked. We pick a different food for him and we just pay the difference. They also have great customer service.

My experience today was great. I haven't been to Pet Smart in a very long time. They didn't have one of the items I went in there for but they did have the dewormer. They were well stocked and still stocking which is impressive considering that Black Friday just passed. The staff was friendly and helpful as they moved about their daily duties. I used to go to this pets smart all the time but I always feel like I’m getting scammed . When I brought my dog he was older than 7 months and one of the cashiers sold the puppy book to me saying I could still use the free coupons to wash him tho he’s older . That was the main reason I bought to book. Not true . I told the salon they sold it to me saying I could still use and it and even they were confused. So I went back to that same guy telling him what he told me and he said “no you can’t use them because he’s already old” ? So why sell it to me in the first place if you knew I couldn’t use them. I let it slide because mistakes happen . I take my dog to get fully washed for his first birthday and the lady who took him seemed liked she didn’t know how to handle my dog and was struggling

I did not get any names of who helped me but all the staff was friendly and helpful. my kids loved their fish 🐟
