PetSmart

They always do a great job grooming my older Lizzy. She is not the best client for sure. But they seem to be able to work around her grouchy self. I would not take her anywhere else.

We adopted a kitten here. The staff was very helpful and the process was very easy. It came with a coupon book that pretty much paid the adoption fee after we went shopping there. The kitten seems healthy and the store was clean and well-stocked.

I took my doodle to get a cut at PetSmart. My doodle is two years old and I've had a hard time finding someone that could give my doodle a "doodle cut". Many times I'd go pick up my doodle after being groomed and she'd look like a poodle instead of doodle. I had seen a pic of a doodle that Jenna had groomed which was just the cut I was wanting for my girl. So I called to make an appointment with her. Jenna did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the overall cut she gave my doodle. Definitely recommend her if you have a doodle because we all know it's hard to find grommers that can actually do a "doodle cut".

They leave you alone and let you shop, anI liike that. Then they are friendly and very helpful when you get to the registar.

They are excellent about returns/ exchanges, so that's nice. It's kind of a toss up if you can find an employee with accurate knowledge though. Wish bettas had own tanks instead of the cups, and that petsmart would educate more about their proper care. The one I got had terrible fin melt and couldn't be saved even with a good tank and medicine for it. Poor fishy baby, I'm sorry, I tried to help. Got some corydoras today, though and so far they seem healthy. While the betta thing is an issue, as with many pet stores, petsmart is still better than petco in the fact that at least their tanks aren't just full of dead, rotting fish. Looking at you, Petco. 🙄 I'll say overall, 3 stars. -1 star for betta care, and -1star for leaving the tupelo store staffed with only 2 people during a weekend. Mad
