Bad experience with the receptionists. One of them was racist and avoided speaking to me. The other made mistakes when printing the vaccination certificate, and even when you politely asked her to correct it, she got annoyed. She couldn't send it by email—something as simple as fixing her mistake and sending it. I had to go in person, and even then, the receptionist, Jolie Rogers, was annoying and had a dismissive tone. The veterinarian doesn't sign the vaccination certificates. In case you didn't know, if it's not signed, the paper is worthless. That's what the tag is for, to put on the animal's collar. Very bad experience with the people at the front desk. If they don't like it when someone asks for another document, they should do their job properly. I paid them over $700 to be treated

I just had my dog spayed here. Everyone was nice except one receptionist that was so unfriendly and acted kind of mad that I was asking questions that she couldn’t or didn’t want to answer and had to get the vet to come talk to me. The vet was very nice and seems to have done a good surgical job. However I am very upset that my dog now has an ugly green permanent tattoo! I was only told after sx because we asked what that was. I was never told before sx they do that let alone asked my permission, which is what anyone should do. They tried to explain this is standard, which come to find out it is not with all vets! Worse pet care ever! DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS HERE!! After over 2 years of not allowing any clients into the facility with your pet, having to wait in your car, due to "Covid", ( just lazy and uncaring about clients) horrible techs, horrible handlers, horrible conditions, uncaring attitudes, disrespectful receptionist, and the worse boarding experience I've ever had, we will never be back. I am sharing how bad they are to save other pet owners! I've owned German Shepherds for over 50 years. Our current GSD is sweet, has been boarded multiple times in multiple states. Never had a problem before this place. Someone there abused/terrified her and they kept her sedated the entire week she was there! She was completely traumatized!! I brought my chihuahua in for itching issues. She gave her a shot and meds. It helped immediately. They were kind and compassionate. I will definitely be using her. Highly recommended
