We came here as our third stop in Salem trying to find an operable tag engraver. We were delighted that the engraver machine was working. We were a little disappointed with the selection of small tags, but we found one that matched our needs that we didn't dislike. The staff were helpful and responded well to our frustration.

Worst pet store in salem no ones around to help and the fish are super on healthy.

I had an issue with a fish that I had purchased and they replaced it, no problem

We've had previously had great grooming experiences the last two times we've come here, I was planning on a different review to write but today has changed that. Our dog was scheduled at 1100am and we arrived ~20 minutes early. Our dog was not ready for pickup until 0640pm. Our dog was not fed or watered for over 7 1/2 hours. This is not acceptable. And the cherry on top was we were still charged for the service. We will unfortunately be looking elsewhere hence forth.

Used pick up in store. I had ordered the wrong size. Was able to exchange it right there and then. Employee was friendly and efficient.
